Clothing, jewelry, backpacks, buckles, and tattoos shall be free of writing, pictures, or any other insignia that are crude, vulgar, hateful, profane, or sexually suggestive or which advocate racial, ethnic, or religious prejudice or the use of drugs, violence, or weapons.
