Fine Viking Honey Wines, known as Mead, from Gold Coast Meadery, Twisted Horn Meadery, and many others can be enjoyed at our Beer Gardens adjacent to both the Odin and Loki stages. Excellent beers from Arcana Brewery, Breakwater Brewery, Einstök, and more will be on tap.

Home-MADE Norwegian Potato Lefse

A staple food of the post Viking age is the Norwegian Lefse (pronounced Lefsa) which is a mixture of 2 parts potato, 1 part flour and butter/cream. Rolled out flat and baked on a 500 degree F griddle, Lefse is best eaten warm.

We serve a dessert version with sugar, cinammon and butter.

Often eaten by Norwegian-Americans at Christmas, come see them made then taste one made right before your eyes.
