Prohibition Brewing Co
Ron and Kathy Adams founded Prohibition Brewing Company in 2011 after years of being home-brewers. Their goal was and still is to use traditional brewing methods and the finest ingredients to produce superb, unique brews. Recently Prohibition expanded its facilities to include a new 10-barrel brewhouse. This family-owned brewery is proud to serve quality craft beers to an ever increasing group of good friends, family, and people from the local neighborhoods. While the brewers are always experimenting with new recipes, many favorites are available year round. One such favorite is the Ruby Red Ale, an international gold winner in 2013. The Adams’ passion for their work has been recognized by the community with their most recent award: 2016 Small Business of the Year for the 36th Senate District.

Meadiocrity Mead produces award winning mead in San Diego focusing on a unique Bee-to-Bottle approach. We were beekeepers from the start, caring for million bees, and ensure that we receive the best quality honey by treating our bees in the best ways possible. We work with local San Diego farmers and ranchers to select unique nectar that produces incredible mead at our meadery and tasting room in north county. Stop by to try our constantly rotating tap list and see what flavors and styles you like. Whether you like wine, beer, spirits, or seltzers, we have a mead for you. Don’t like mead? Well you haven’t had ours yet.
Raging Cider & Mead Co
Raging Cider & Mead Co is a small family oriented business with their son Travis particularly involved in cellar work, harvesting, planting, and other orchard work. Travis’s wife Lindsay runs local deliveries of their self-distributed ciders to bottle shops & restaurants/taphouses. Their daughter Sierra spends time assisting with harvest & planting and her husband Cody helps maintain and harvest the orchards. Their grandsons Silas & Deklan have been known to collect a bushel or two at times.
Arcana Brewing
Arcana Brewing is a craft microbrewery located in always sunny Carlsbad, California. It is here that they embarked on a journey to create tasty ales that celebrate the uniqueness of life. From potent porters to small batch strong ales, the beauty of being a small time purveyor of brews is that we get to have more fun in front of the kettle. They always have our classic favorites on tap, but are able to experiment at will, subbing in seasonals and following where our taste buds lead. They even have the flexibility to customize specially brewed batches just for you and yours. Their mission is to introduce you to something new, keeping the mystery and spontaneity of craft brewing alive.
Golden Coast Mead
Golden Coast Mead strives to light up people’s lives and regenerate the earth. They take this as a lesson from the abundance mindset of our millions and millions of suppliers; the humble honey bees. Mead is magic, considering pollinators take nectar from 10,000 flowers to make the honey for one sip of mead. Seriously. They did the math in 2013. It’s still true. With mead they can help restore personal, communal, and pollinator health. They have taken a traditional beverage discovered by the ancient humans around the world and have spent the last 10+ years & over 10,000+ hours, gaining mastery into evolving their own niche that their partners and customers have coined for them. Golden Coast Mead offerings are authentically: Gluten Free, Preservative Free, Synthetic or Added Sugar Free, Lightly effervescent and delicately balanced
Chubby Cheeks Meadery
We are a small batch mead producer in Temecula California that’s been homebrewing for years. After setting up our family roots in the Temecula Valley area, we decided to open our business here as well. Using locally harvested honey and locally grown fruits for all of our products, almost all of our vendors are local Temecula businesses. It is our mission to give back to the community we love so much!
We like to have fun and experiment with our meads, firmly believing that mead is so much more than just “honey wine” as it’s the oldest form of alcohol known to man. Mead can be used to prominently display any flavor and truly is one of the most versatile mediums in all alcohol. Now, it is our pleasure to bring that versatility to you and all of our patrons. We hope to see you and friends in our tap room soon!
Burgeon Beer Company
Burgeon was founded by three high school friends born and raised in San Diego. Their dream was to start a brewery that would serve their home city, represent their passion for the outdoors, and ultimately become known as the brewery of San Diego. The name Burgeon defines their commitment to dynamic growth through consistent learning, experimentation, and the elevation of their craft. In 2024, Burgeon became the first brewery to triple-certify through the world’s leading climate action labels: Climate Neutral, 1% for the Planet, and Ocean+Positive. We’re proudly on the path to net zero carbon emissions and we work with high-impact partners to craft a bright future, one sip at a time.
Battle Mage Brewing Company
Founders Ryan and Chris, best friends for decades, bound not only by their deep friendship but also by their shared love for all things fantastical. From Tolkien to Dungeons and Dragons, their conversations were filled with tales of epic quests, mythical creatures, and enchanted realms. But their passion extended beyond mere storytelling; they were also avid homebrewers, using their alchemical skills to craft beers inspired by the worlds they admired.
Ryan and Chris spent years experimenting and competing with recipes, infusing each brew with the essence of their favorite fantasy settings. Whether it was a rich stout reminiscent of the dark depths of Mordor or a crisp lager evoking the refreshing breeze of Elven forests, every batch was a labor of love. After a few years working in the craft been industry they decided to take the plunge and start BattleMage Brewing Company.
The Lost Abbey
Founded in 2006, The Lost Abbey produces an extensive line-up of continental and American- inspired ales and lagers. Under the direction of visionary brewmaster and co-founder Tomme Arthur, the brewery has garnered dozens of awards including the 2007 Great American Beer Festival Small Brewery of the Year, The 2008 World Beer Cup Champion Small Brewery and the 2013 Champion Brewery at the San Diego International Beer Festival. The company’s beers, many of which are aged in oak barrels for 12 months or longer, are universally recognized for their complexity, unique flavors, and bold boundary-pushing styles.
Roadies Brewery
The founding of the Roadies Brewing Co. in Vista, CA, is deeply intertwined with craft beer, live music and the personal narratives and experiences of its founders, Diane Hilz, CEO, and Sean Hilz, COO.
That spirit didn’t just inspire our brewery—it built it. Many of the parents who worked alongside us back then are now part of our community and even helped construct the brewery itself. After six years of hard work, Roadies Brewing Co. celebrates the grind, the music, and the journey—all in every pint we pour.
Serpentine Cider
The adventure began, as many do, with our heroes toiling at their crafts with no knowledge of the other’s existence. Sean Harris founded Serpentine Cider in 2016. He started making cider as a solution to a problem: a former girlfriend was gluten-intolerant and hated the sickly sweet, high-sugar options of typical cider.
Mother Earth Brew Co.
Mother Earth Brew Co. has and always will be a family business. It was founded in North San Diego County in 2010 by brothers Daniel & Jon Love, as well as Daniel’s wife Errin Love, and Kamron and Joelle Khannakhjavani. What began as a hobby years earlier had formed into a business. Passionate about the burgeoning craft beer industry, the trio set out to create a unique brand and established themselves in the fastest growing, and most highly competitive craft beer city in the world.
