Join us for the 25th annual Vista Viking Festival, taking place September 18–19, 2027, at the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum in Vista, California.
This year’s festival, ‘Twilight of an Age,’ honors a turning point in our history, when our past meets a changing future. We have gone from not only providing an experience of the past, but to forging a community of music, local businesses, and family traditions.

Local music, award winning mead, and world championship competitions anchor what our Festival offers each year. Again in 2027 we will have more than 10 bands, 20 local meaderies and breweries, and this year we host the Men’s & Women’s World’s Strongest Stone Lifters across two expansive days.

For 3-years we’ve hosted the United States’ Strongest Stone Lifters. And for 2027 athletes from all over the world will descend on Vista Viking Festival to compete for the Men’s & Women’s World Strongest Stone Lifters.
Folk, Nordic, Celtic, Rock, Punk, Indie, and Bluegrass bands perform across multiple shaded stages surrounded by mead & beer gardens till the sun goes down!
Sample pours from twenty SoCal meaderies and regional craft breweries alongside traditional fare from the Viking Grill, Frigg'n Göd Flatbread, Viking Vittles, and Elixir Potions.
