Lefse Making Workshop Party

Lefse is a Norwegian national dish made from flour, potatoes, butter and cream.  Traditionally used to wrap up meat and cheese for lunch (lunsj) it is also a dessert item with sugar and cinnamon.

If you are able, please bring some potato mash mix -- 5lb or 10lb, and other items listed below. At the lodge we will show you how to make the lefse from the mix
